1. What Festela is
Festela is a web application that helps couples plan their wedding: onboarding, guests, invitation groups, families, a guest-facing website, RSVP collection and budget tracking. We do not handle physical goods, in-person logistics, or contracts with your vendors.
2. Pricing and refunds
Festela costs $49 USD one-time per wedding. There is no subscription. All purchases are final once you've published your guest website or collected your first RSVP. By paying and clicking the consent checkbox at checkout, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to EU consumers by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on digital services. Chargebacks are handled case-by-case via Stripe's dispute flow.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Festela for content that violates applicable law, infringes on a third party's rights, or impersonates another person. See our acceptable use policy for the full list.
4. Guest data and privacy
You are the controller of the guest data you upload (names, contact details, dietary needs, responses). Festela processes that data on your behalf. See our privacy notice and data processing agreement for the processor terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Festela is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are heard in the competent courts of Paris.
