Common questions

Questions? Answers.

Why pay $250 when Zola is free?

Because free is rarely free. Zola charges $14.99 for the seating chart, takes 2.5% on registry, sells stationery. The Knot resells your info to vendors. Riley & Grey is $39 a month. We charge $250 once, then stop. Seating canvas, every template (including Ketubah), four languages, the religion-aware checklist: all included, forever.

Is there a subscription?

No. One $250 payment per wedding, valid forever.

How many guests can I add?

As many as you want. No cap, no upgrade tier.

Can I change my plan?

There's only one plan. Activate once, everything is included.

What if I want to cancel before activating?

If you haven't paid, there's nothing to cancel. You can delete your account anytime from your profile.

Is there a refund?

All sales are final — but there's nothing to lose: you can build everything free and publish live free for 14 days before you pay, so you know exactly what you're getting. $250 is one-time, no subscription.

What's the free Live Window?

When you publish, your wedding site goes live free for 14 days — guests can RSVP and find their seat immediately. After 14 days it reverts to a save-the-date preview unless you pay $250 once to keep it live forever. The clock starts when you publish; no subscription.

Can I use my own domain?

For now your site lives on a friendly Festela URL. Custom domains are on the roadmap.

What happens after the wedding?

Your site stays online as long as you want. You keep access, guests keep their link.

How long does our website stay online?

Your wedding website stays live for at least a year after your date, so guests can still pull up directions, the photo gallery, and their seat well after the day. Nothing disappears the morning after.
